Cocktail Recipe Horse's neck

Ingredients:
60 ml Bourbon
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Top up with ginger ale

Decoration:
Spiral lemon peel

How to prepare:
Place the spiral lemon peel into a collins glass and add 2-3 ice cubes. Pour the bourbon into the glass, add 2 dashes angostura bitters and top up with ginger ale
