60 ml Pineapple juice
60 ml White Rum
45 ml Coconut cream
Decoration:
Pineapple wedge
Cherry
How to prepare:
Mix the ingredients together in a cocktail blender with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple and cherry.
About cocktail Pina Colada
For the first name of the cocktail Pina Colada appeared in 1922 in the pages of Travel magazine. Did you know that translated from the Spanish name means "strained pineapple". One of the many bartenders, pretender to the creator of the cocktail is Ramon "Monchito" Marrero, who added coconut milk. An inscription on a plaque in Puerto Rico provides that Ramon is served first Pina Colada at the bar of the Hotel Caribe Hilton on August 15, 1954.
